Cars parked left-hand to the curb. It’s not only dangerous on North Street, it’s illegal.

Vermont State Law, Title 23: Motor Vehicles, Chapter 13: Operation Of Vehicles, § 1105. Additional parking regulations, (a) “Except as otherwise provided by local ordinance, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway shall be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels parallel to and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb or if there is no curb, within 12 inches of the edge of the roadway.”

  • 53 Lavalley Ln Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Random belongings and trash on the side of the bike path. Classic.
  • 454 Colchester Ave Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
There is a giant hole in the road from what looks like utility construction that is no longer filled in with gravel. I observed several (15+) cars and trucks slamming their bumpers and undercarriages. This is unsafe and also causing traffic delays. There is no warning sign and this is a lawsuit waiting to happen for the city.

Syringe on the ground in the bus stop next to the post office.
  • 108 Hyde St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Car and truck clearly parked in no parking zone creating a narrow lane on the road and thus a safety issue.
