Patrons of the pool throw trash everywhere. There's trash all around the outside of the pool, on Van Horne St, Johnston Ave and Halladay St. We need a garbage can at the corner of Vam Horne and Johnston Ave and a second can at the corner of Halladay St and Johnston Ave (diagonal from the one that's there already).

The tree pits along Halladay St are overgrown. trash and debris are accumulating in them.

Paper recycling not picked up. Glass, metal, plastic was half emptied.

Resident who resudes at 102 Bayview Ave is threatening other residents regarding parking in front of the house. The left side appears to be a makeshift driveway with a store bought sign posted. The right side is a small area where they park half on the property and half on the sidewalk.

This house has been reported and cited previously. They are digging and removing pipes to construct and illegal third apartment in the basement. The workers started digging again on Thanksgiving Day and have been there since. As in the past, they work after 5 on regular business days, weekends and holidays to avoid the city inspectors.

Location was formerly Emperor's Cafe. On the Danforth Avenue side of the building the lower part of the outside wall was removed. Electrical work has begun. Residents are worried the removal of part of the wall makes the building unstable and the electrical work may cause a fire.

Workers removed the orange violation sticker and work has resumed. Workers have told several neighbors the property is being converted to a rooming house. This area is zoned for two family homes. In addition to early morning and daytime construction, work is being done during the night and on weekends.

Spoke to neighbors. House is unoccupied. Owner checks house every 3-4 months. Windows are open. Animals are in and out of the house. Animal waste on and around the property. Animals fighting in the yard at night. Animal waste smells during high humidity or windy days.

The hopscotch court in Audubon Park has broken glass all over it.

Porch and driveway have trash accumulation over the last two weeks. Spoke to the owner however they disregarded the concern.
