Dead squirrel in the road.

There is a bag of trash that has been by the side of the road for over a week that needs to be picked up. The garbage truck most likely drove right past it last Wednesday but didn’t pick it up. Also the ground keeping crew at the church property where it’s located haven’t seen fit to pick it up either. I’d pick it up myself if it wasn’t so heavy and my house so far away. Maybe the garage crew could pick it up tomorrow when they’re in our neighborhood.

The walking trail behind Vickery Mill Elementary school is becoming overgrown and in need of some maintenance. There is a broken branch across the path.

There is a dead opossum in the westbound lane of Norcross St just before the entrance to the condominium complex.

The brick sidewalk on the boundary between IO Solon and City Walk Apartments is starting to collapse due to erosion and presents a tripping hazard to pedestrians who aren’t paying attention.

Dead squirrel or rat in street on Grimes Bridge Rd about 20 feet past mailbox for 515 Shadowood Ct or across the street from 1085 Grimes Bridge Rd.

There is a dead squirrel in the road on the Northbound side of Alpharetta St at address 101 just north of Norcross intersection.

There is a broken bag of clothes on Norcross St at the intersection with Alpharetta St, and cars are dodging around it as they approach the intersection. Although I doubt the clothes will hurt anyone’s car, an accident might.

There was a brown suitcase in the middle of Norcross street diverting traffic. I moved it to the side of the road. I don’t know if there is any identification in it because I didn’t look inside but it seemed like it was pretty full. Someone might want their possessions back.

Criminal mischief with sewer cover. Over the past year,on three different occasions, I’ve noticed the manhole cover on the sidewalk was lifted and slightly ajar so it would spin open if someone stepped on it. I put it back in place all three times. Unfortunately, this morning I was distracted while ducking under a wet,low hanging, crepe myrtle branch and didn’t notice the manhole cover was ajar again. I stepped on it and went half way in with my left leg and banged and scraped up my knee. Is there any way these covers can be secured so they can’t be tampered with. If I had been a few more inches to the left I might have gone in completely.
