I live at 9 Queen Street. In back of my property and my neighbors's is a ravine which is owned by the town. Down the road is a Hazardville Water instillation.
Our property is slowly eroding into the ravine, my property especially. My question is how do I go about correcting this? Is the town responsible for strengthening the ravine walls? Am I able to do something despite the problem areas not being on my property?
I'm just looking for some direction/assistance on this issue before it becomes a larger problem...
