This abandoned house has a lot of yard debris dumped in the road on Short Ave, so half the street is not passable any more. Someone has also forced open the door of the accessory dwelling unit in the back of the property and put out a bunch of trash in East Point buggies which was not picked up on trash day because of how it is stacked in the containers. The Owner of this property needs to be made to clean up and secure the property - this is the second abandoned house with squatters and trash everywhere that I can see from my house, (2862 Semmes is the other one, it has been reported many many times and no one from the City can or will do anything about it). Just because there is Coronavirus doesn't mean that there shouldn't be any law and order at all. Please help get this situation fixed.

The city has placed a metal plate in the middle of Semmes Street at this location. It was not placed properly, so every time someone drives over it, it makes a very loud noise. Please come install it properly with hot patch all around so it doesn't bang all day and all night and keep people up.

leaking fire hydrant, corner of Dorsey and Church

after large rain storm last night, this morning my tap water was brown for a few minutes. my neighbor reported same issue.
I had experienced before after heavy rain but thought problem may be local just to me. but now it seems maybe a bigger issue.

Branches from yard blocking sidewalk for nearly 2 weeks now.
If it was in front of my house I bet EP Code would have given me a ticket by now.

House has garbage dumoed in road along side road (Dauphine St). House has a building permit, maybe you guys could look up who owns house and fine them if they won't take care of it.

Power outage

This homeowner needs to get their yard cleaned up, and to put their doors back on the hinges. The house is not secure and is occupied by squatters. The sidewalk is blocked so you must walk in the street or else cross over.

Homeowner needs to cut back weeds. Some are so tall (6' or more) that it is even hard to see the Wayfield cart abandoned in the front yard! Maybe Code Enforcement could ask the homeowner to cut back the weeds.
