Please remove leaves, matted leaves, tree debris, and small saplings from all the town-owned eyebrow street islands, cul-de-sac islands, and verges within Echo Hill South. Streets involved are Stony Hill Rd, Cranberry Lane, Red Fox Lane, Moss Lane, Flintlock Lane, Thistle Lane, Evergreen Lane, Duxbury Lane, Hickory Lane, and Laurel Lane. The town has not maintained these areas for some time. This has caused debris and leaves to blow into and clog storm drains, caused curbs to deteriorate as well as providing habitat for mosquitoes and ticks by trapping moisture on town-owned land.

The street is deteriorating badly. Deepening grooves have formed and are getting deeper and wider. This is also causing adjacent areas of asphalt to fail. The area is on a steep incline and needs to be patched as soon as possible.
