I drive a very small vehicle, and if I am traveling eastbound on 4th street and land a red light on Harvard, if no other cars approach in westbound direction or larger vehicles alongside/behind me, the traffic light will not register and change for me. I have to finally give up and take a right and go around the block. This used to be an issue in the westbound direction at that intersection but it seems to have corrected.
