overgrowth on vacant lot is blocking street traffic

This portion of the road was repaired after a recent water main break. This sink hole is not the same issue as the pothole that was just repaired at this location. This is very deep - couldn't see the end of it.

LED street light out. The wire to it was down due to 12-13-2021 storm. The downed wire was taken care of but the light is not working.

sewer caved in at least 3-4 months ago.water company staff that came out said they believed this is what is causing the numerous sewage backups into basements on the west side of Gore (cave in is at Gore / Argus). Crews have frequently been out with the only apparent work done on this spot is to put up warning tape. There is a sewer in the street Gore/Argus corner that the water crews have very frequently cleared - this is in direct line with the sinkhole. The sinkhole may also be what is causing toilets to not flush properly on the East side of Gore. After every time the Water crews have cleared the street sewer toilets flush normally for a short while. Will this issue be fixed soon? There are water company crews crews working one block to the south and two blocks to the north on bigger projects - neither of which have caused sewage backups into basements

Very regularly there have been tires dumped on this lot - and in front of the vacant house adjacent to it - 17440 Cooley. Currently, there are tires on the lot, car parts, a fender and wood planks

Part of black top patch has sunken deeply - this is a portion about 24 inches long by 14 inches wide. The hole is has been getting deeper and now is about 6-8 inches deep. It also has been getting wider and longer.
