Multiple gas leaks from furnace in basement, bge recently came out to my home on 6/21/17 and it was determined that there is at least 2 gas leaks. I have been breathing in these fumes for at least 3 months. This home has been a nightmare one problem after another.

The rodent situation has started again, due to having an exterminator come out there was no activity occurring when you came out, but as of last night there was chewing sounds in the ceiling and walls which began @ 8 pm, I tapped on the basement wall where the sounds were coming from and heard something run across the back of the basement floor. My landlord never contacted your office back after your voicemails and has yet to take any steps to prevent the recurrence of this issues. We are terrified $1300/monthly for a home that we are terrified of. Please help me!!! I know the difference between mice and rats and this is a rat issue! I have a right to have a landlord that provides a rodent free home! I don't know what else to do at this point!
