    There is a car on our block with very expired tags. It doesn't move and I worry it has been abandoned. The tags are from May 2016. The tag is VA XWC-9447 with a May 2016 sticker. The vehicle is a green suburb forester. Could someone please contact DVM and non-emergency police about this situation? The car is parked near 4507 Leonard Pkwy.
