Downtown Resident

Please remove the make shift memorial on the sidewalk and parkway(glass candles, banners, fake flowers etc.) in front of the 99cent store. It is a public safety issue, eyesore and reminder of the tragic death of a homeless woman who the city allowed to live on the bus stop on Main Street for a number of years which lead to her tragic murder. I see no need to let this be part of the Historic Downtown. Place a city memorial in a proper place in front of the City Hall.
