    Large tree to the right of pole # 22 has a hollow cavity on the house side, cavity is deeper than 4’, ant colonies have been observed working in the cavity. Three main branches, including one overhanging the road are above the cavity. Internal decay highly probable.

    131 Thoreau St Concord, Massachusetts - Concord

    The traffic lights facing Route 2, at the Railroad Crossing, during the evening sunset is barely visible.

    Sitting at the stop line, before the tracks, heading to Concord Center, the overhead stop light over the intersection at Thoreau is obsecured by the West setting sun. A light shroud or metal light extension around the lights could solve the issue. A fluorescent or other visible metal surround, commonly seen at other light locations which provides a background around the entire light fixture would also help.

    Portable metal safety barriers needed between cars and work zone at RR crossing, Mandrioli park project. Heavy traffic area, lots of pedestrians forced next to cars without a physical barrier for protection. Evening pedestrian traffic going to restaurants and the same time evening traffic queuing up at train crossing.

    Steep sidewalk slope at the Old Marlboro Road, Crest St Intersection. Revised curb cut, change sidewalk slope at both corners of Crest Street/ Old Marlboro intersection to conform to Town Engineering and ADA standards. Current steep slope and rough pavement create hazardous conditions for pedestrians.
