    Storm drains to the east and north of our house do not drain properly due to pine needles from a neighbor's trees and other trash and debris. I have tried to clear it but was unsuccessful. Last time we had a heavy rain, the water backed up into the street and was dangerous for cars to pass through the higher standing water. With freezing temperatures oncoming, I fear this will be a treacherous situation.

    Mosquitoes are eating us alive. We can't be outside (or even inside with a door open for even the smallest of time) without being bit everywhere. Could you please spray?

    A sink hole has developed on an easement near a storm water drainage area. It's a very deep hole and could be dangerous not only to people walking on the nearby sidewalk but I'm unsure how water will be able to drain through there with this hole.
