    The dog park located at Bell Branch Athletic Complex.. (Possibly 1150 barbara Swann way) has a piece of the metal fence poking out at the bottom. A dogs collar has gotten stuck on it already, worried about a dog or person beong injured. We've tucked the wire in as well as possible. When looking at the large dog area from the parking lot its on the right side just after the double gates that are locked but beforw the first metal bench. We've tied a green bag just above the wire for visibility.
