    This not-a-crosswalk runs between 3100 and 3045 San Pablo, which this site apparently does not recognize as Berkeley addresses.

    Due to the cistern project the street narrows to one lane in the middle of the block. There is a 24/7 no-parking zone from 1916 Woolsey to Tremont. That's not reserved for contractors' to park their vehicles, it is required by the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The contractor is aware of this since the city engineer previously stopped their abuse of the signs.

    Apparently this crosswalk is being removed as part of the redesign of several nearby intersections, but in its current state it's very dangerous. Pedestrians continue to use it and one of these days one of them will be hit. There needs to be an immovable physical barrier across the deprecated wheelchair ramp. Workers put up a little folding sign saying "crosswalk closed" but people just toss it aside.

    This black Nissan had a red abandoned vehicle tag on it when a group of guys pushed it to its current location in a preferential parking zone around a week ago. Somebody later pulled the tag off. Either it has not gotten another ticket or somebody's coming by and collecting them.

    Some days ago one of the companies resurfacing Woolsey St. put out signs saying no parking the 25th and 28th. Last night, the 22nd, those were the only signs out. Today, they added another
    sign saying no parking tomorrow, the 24th. This is not proper notice.
