A concentrated area of pavement in the southbound lane of Jackson Hill near the intersection with Scotland Street has recently begun to sink significantly now to the point my car’s suspension bottomed out when driving across it. Additionally there is what appears to be a lump of cured cement on the road’s surface in one spot very nearby that should be ground level with the road.

There is now loose gravel on road surface from the temporary water leak repair. Street sweepers are needed to eliminate loose gravel that have caused chips in my windshield.

Railroad tracks stick up too high relative to road surface leading to a very bumpy ride that destroys tire alignment.
