    900-912 Valley View Cir Palm Harbor, FL, 34684, USA - Palm Harbor
    Deteriorating Roads within the Deep Spring Community in Palm Harbor. The picture included is just one of many bad areas. We really need these roads re-paved since they have probably not been redone since the community was built in the 1990's. Our roads are in very poor shape and every day brings more cracks, standing water, and potholes. It is a detriment to our property values and while the rest of our community looks amazing, the roads are an eyesore to potential buyers and guests of residents and are a safety hazard to bikers and kids. Please provide a direct point of contact to address this issue further.

    Need the grass trimmed and trees/overgrown shrubs cleared along CR90 in Palm Harbor all the way up to the fence that is owned by Deep Spring HOA. That easement is not HOA property and is along a county road which should be maintained by the county.

    Several open potholes on this section of Valley View Circle, including ones that have re-opened after being patched. I would like to request a road inspection/evaluation be performed to ultimately re-pave the roads in this area since they are composed of mostly repaired potholes.
