    There is a large heap of garbage near the playground by the Rec Center. This Rec Center is blight and is constantly covered in grafitti and garbage and it requires a SeeClickFix ticket (or complaint to the city) to get anything done. Do us all a favor and just close this dilapidated building and turn it into more public space.

    There is a fire extinguisher in Sausal Creek in Dimond Park right by the pedestrian overlook area. Please clean the creek, this is an ongoing travesty for this park and for the fish who are supposed to be spawning here.

    (I have already opened tickets about trash bins thrown into the creek, and other major trash issues. Something needs to be done).

    The swings in Dimond Park by the rec center are VERY loud and squeaky as they have never being maintained. This has been an ongoing issue for years and the park hasn't done anything about it. In fact it violates Oakland Municipal Code 8.18.010 (Excessive and Annoying Noises Prohibited). According to this code, "'Annoying Noise' means noise with a repetitive pattern, shrill frequencies..." The swings in Dimond Park are old and squeaky, and let off a loud repetitive shrill squeaking all hours of the day, and sometimes at night.

    The city has claimed this has been "fixed" multiple times (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3664202, https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3463454) but in fact NOTHING WAS DONE. The city needs to stop closing these tickets disingenuously!
