    Can these two "No Parking in Cul de Sac signs be removed? One is lying on the ground and another is still erected. Prior to the Tanyard Springs Ln going all the way through to Solley Road, there was a cul de sac at this location, but it is not longer there.

    The unlit, unmarked, without sidewalk section of Tanyard Springs Lane, between Tanyard Knoll Land and Solley Road is a driving free-for-all for many individuals. e.g. Driving down the wrong side of the road, driving without lights on at night, excessive speeds (mostly around 6-8 AM and 6:30-8:30 PM or late at night), driving off road, etc. Individuals driving excessively fast (much faster than the emergency vehicles that frequently use the road) is the most rampant occurrence. Can a stop sign be put in at Tanyard Springs and Tanyard Knoll or speed bumps? This 25 MPH section of road is unsafe to drive or walk down.
