    Yet again homeless sleeping in the park.
  • Shepard Rd & Sibley St North Saint Paul, Minnesota - Downtown
    Homeless and others have taken root under the the bridge (trestle). They are a nuisance for people who are walking, jogging, etc along Sibley St to Shepard Rd. The trash which includes condoms, beer cans, and drug paraphernalia is an eye sore. Can we get someone to clean up this area, with the warmer weather here more people are using this area and it just isn't safe!
