Parking in this Red Zone creates a huge safety issue for people trying to cross this busy street. Every day/hour someone parks here, in this red zone, which blocks the view for cars and those trying to cross. Time for enforcement and some tickets to be given. The car in this picture belongs to a lady that was in work out gear, meeting her friends for coffee, with no regard for the safety of others or the that she was parking illegally. Rules only work for many if they are enforced.
