    Need Garbage cart for new service.

    Lid is missing, huge gash/crack in front. Every time mechanical claw grabs trash can lids comes loose. One day the lid is missing, assuming it was swallowed up in the garbage truck itself. Asked for a cart in Aug 2016, Nov 2016, still nothing. Please I need a new garbage cart. Thanks.
