New (2015) sidewalk segments at the curbcuts just west of 82, 76, and 70 Marble Ave. direct the flow of water down from the street level and onto the sidewalk and also, in today's 1/2" event. onto and under porches. Minimal storm events always flow down sidewalk between 82 and 66 Marble Ave. Today's event had water flowing down sidewalk and spilling across sidewalk and onto and under porches. These sidewalk segments are not tilted down toward the street, but are tilted from the street down toward the edge of the right of way and onto residential lots, causing flooding.
