    Very large dead tree branch hang from a cotton wood on city property, if it falls it will bring down power lines and fences! This tree has been a problem for many years. It's on S Harvey just south of Hazelwood .

    I would like someone to look at a very large cotton wood tree that is on city property on S Harvey & Hazelwood. Very large branches keep falling off even in calm weather, my concern is that someone is going to get hurt. It has also broke down a fence.
