    Since portions of Mt. Vernon Road do not have sidewalks often you will see people walking in the narrow grass strip between the road and businesses or peoples property.I saw this metal protrusion about 4 to 6 inches high sticking up just outside J and K's used car lot.And since school is out I am thinking even more youth might be either walking, running, or riding bikes on this narrow strip of grass to eventually get down to a sidewalk.I think it should be removed by the owner to prevent an injury.I posted this as I am unsure if this is actually in the Newark City jurisdiction or the bussiness owner.
    But either way it should be removed.

    I live on Nth 12 Street.This street is a kind of extension of parking for White's Field which is just accross from Nth 12 Street.I took the initiative to cut and clear low hanging tree limbs and vines hanging out over the cauldasak where people park for football and soccer games played at White's Field.I piled up the limbs and vines between the strip seperating the cauldasak from the fence of the expressway.
    I am hopeing the city of Newark could pick up this pile to help keep this area looking good.I mow the strip of grass between the expressway fence and the curb of the cauldasak.
    I was going to call Tim Bubb but I saw this site to report what is needed.
