It has been reported previously but has not been addressed and is now preventing the ditch from draining and creating potential flood issues and mosquitoes.

Drainage Problem Archived44 Grimball Point Road Savannah, Georgia - Isle of HopeWorkers cleared out trees and shrubs at Camp Villa Marie yesterday and dumped all of the debris into the ditch. At the moment, the dumped debris is completely blocking where water needs to drain. The ditch is county maintained and adjacent to my property. If not clear, water quickly backs up the rest of the ditch...not to mention the issue it creates for mosquitos.
