    Water stays in the meter boxes when no rain and the sprinkler system is off. Plumber says City issue. Reported last year and not resolved. This creates a mosquito problem. Please resolve.

    Water box stays full of water after days of no rain and having sprinkler system turned off for days. There has to be a leak in the city's side. After the city staff came out & showed our meter indicator was NOT turning & a plumber & sprinkler people told us a leak was on the city side. This is a mosquito breeding site & a waste of water.     Water leaking into meter boxes. We have had water sprinkler company & a plumber tell us that the leak is on the city side. Albert, the meter reader said he would get it fixed.
