Excessive amounts of garbage on the ground in the front garden of this property. Garbage is attracting rodents, bugs and swarms of flies. This is a constant problem that needs to be taken care of. The tenants won't clean up their mess. Property owner needs to take responsibility for the condition of this property. PLEASE do something about this garbage!!

Excessively tall weeds in the walkway that leads from the backyard of this property out to Clinton Avenue. Weeds as tall as the fence.

Excessive household garbage.

735 Bergen Avenue "Bergen Unique Fish Market" has completely taken over the sidewalk making it almost impossible to walk there. This market has boxes and crates of food in front of the store, as well as on the street side of the sidewalk. They have boxes, crates, shopping carts full of food and even umbrellas!
Question: Exactly how much of the sidewalk is allowed to be taken up by a storefront? I have been forced to walk in the street multiple times just to walk past this address. When people stop to look at the food for sale the sidewalk is completely blocked. This store has created an unsafe area for people to try and walk by on the sidewalk.

Street light is out. Please fix ASAP. This is a very unsafe area at night without lights.

Construction garbage being thrown out the back door of the home. Mountain of garbage covers the entire backyard of the property. Debris is unsafe and is attracting rodents.

Shopping cart full of garbage has been blocking the sidewalk for weeks. No one wants to take responsibility. Please have it picked up with bulk trash.
