    Hi City of St Pete,

    I have reached out to Duke Energy and asked to have a light to an existing pole at my expense. Duke Energy sent out a rep to do a field survey and said that it is a “City” pole and would need permission.

    Who do I need to request this permission from and what forms will I need to submit?
