The 42nd street area under the freeway and BART tracks between Telegraph and MLK Jr needs to be cleaned up! It's disgusting and gets worse every day. There are huge piles of garbage and trash everywhere and more homeless people are camped out there now. Graffiti is all over the place and now it looks like people and buying and selling drugs there. GET THEM OUT!!! I'm tired of paying crazy high property taxes to live near this cesspool.
