2'x2' square hole in the blacktop on the west side of the road just south of 8835 N Tennyson Dr. Cones were placed around the hole.

Garage door unexpectedly closed on squad 2104 as I was pulling it out of the garage. These garage doors are programmed to stay open for at least 45 seconds before they close. I had just opened it and was pulling the squad out within 10 seconds. The reflectors on each side should have stopped it from closing while a squad is moving through as well but didn't. There is damage to the bottom panel of the garage door and we could not get it to close using the motor so we disconnected the door and closed it manually. Pictures were taken of the damage. No apparent damage to the squad car.

A semi struck the southeast corner of the stone landscape bed located in the median on N. Broadmoor Rd. 3 stones were damaged.
