    The traffic light at Excelsior Ave. going westbound to cross Beaumont no longer recognizes when cars are stopped at the light to trigger the light for Beaumont traffic to stop so the Excelsior light turns green. When I pull up to the light headed west on Excelsior Ave. I have to sit there and wait for a car to come eastbound on Excelsior in order for the light to turn green for Excelsior drivers.

    This is a MAJOR road deterioration. It almost looks like a sinkhole. Huge chunks of concrete have been broke. Off by passing cars due to one edge of the "pothole" protruding up about six inches. The inner part is caving in like a sinkhole and the edge is protruding. Please fix!
