It would be extremely helpful and improve safety if there were street lights and flashing yellow lights at this crosswalk warning drivers on MLKJ Way that pedestrians are in the crosswalk. Pedestrians have to cross 6 lanes of traffic to cross making it dangerous and there are currently no lights at all making night time crossings incredibly risky.

Street/Traffic Issue (Other than Pothole) Acknowledged830 Arlington Ave. Oakland, California - Santa FeCars constantly speeding down Arlington Ave. day and night because it is a cut through street with no speed bumps between MLK and Adeline/Market. Other parallel streets have speed bumps and they deter cars from speeding on them.
