Street sign is damaged with jagged edges and is a hazard to walkers/ bikers. Should be replaced and installed higher in height.

Fall of 2018, HC completed a sewer drain repair in our community and promised to come back to re-stencil our white parking spot lines and 4” “RESERVED” stencils that were damaged from the county’s heavy repair equipment. Nothings been done about it. Theres also a section of asphalt layer missing near 6705 SMct. We had seal coated and relined and stenciled in recent years were and we’d like them restored between 6701-07 and 6702-10 Second Morning Ct Columbia, 21045. 443-718-9262

Several large trees hazards: along Brokenland Parkway are leaning onto roadway in need of trimming and/or removal.

There are up to 15 trees or limbs leaning towards Brokenland Parkway N in need of trimming or removal.

BGE escalated this issue to HC Dept Highways several months ago: Multiple Street Lights Out at cross roads of Brokenland Parkway and Stevens Forest Columbia, 21045 for several months now.

Also escalated by BGE, involves TWO Street Lights Out from corner of Brokenland Parkway and Cradlerock Way N (2nd and 3rd poles fr corner)

What is the status?

It appears that tree trimming was not done along Brokenland Parkway between Cradlerock Way N and Cradlerock Way S. and also from Cradlerock Way N to first street at Quiet Hours.

ALSO, there is a leaning tree hazard in island at corner of Cradlerock Way and Quiet Hours.
