vehicle has been illegally parking on berm of the bridal path for the past couple days

Needles and human feces adjacent to 419 Madison Ave. The "notorious 4" are sitting on the stoops of this location . They were observed shooting heroin, buying heroin and taking a dump in public.

Can the city administration be proactive with this group of individuals? At this point, they are terrorizing the community. Discarded needles are a major health concern.

Several paving stones are missing from the raised beds at the corner of Western Ave and Manning Blvd.

Blatant disregard for the neighborhood. Tenants continue to park on the front lawn of 130 and 132 Western Ave.

Raw sewage spilling out all over the sidewalk.

Raw sewage leaking out on to the street.

Homeless person encampment on the steps of St. Joseph's church.

Trash cans in full public view. It's been reported many times. Is the city in contact with the owners about a remedy?

Both first floor front apartment windows of 35 Ten Broeck St appear to be smashed. They've been in this condition for the past couple weeks and I'm not sure that the property owner is aware.

NYS PMC 304.13 "every window shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight".

Basement unit has plywood instead of a window.
