Sidewalk has broken through the bottom and has huge cracks. This is a high traffic sidewalk. Please fix

I work inside the business and have seen multiple people trip and fallen over these cracks on the sidewalk. There are two cracks in the left and top right of the picture that show the sidewalk protruding out of the sidewalk. One person today tripped and almost hit her head on the building but luckily someone was there to block her. Please repair this sidewalk. It is a huge hazard.
