Several months ago the county regraded the easement in front of my house (without consulting me) to fix an issue with pooling rain water that could not reach the storm drain. It has created an eyesore of dead grass that worsened the original problem, as rivulets of water now rush through the easement. It is negatively affecting my property value and I would like it fixed. My recommendation would be to return the easement to its original grade and level the sidewalk so that puddles do not form.

Several months ago, the county repaired the easement in front of my house to fix an issue with pooling water after rainstorms that could not reach the storm drain. The repair created an eyesore of dead, uneven grass that is spreading beyond the initial problem area—in essence, fixing one problem by creating a much worse problem. During recent rainstorms, rivulets have formed where water rushes to the storm drain, worsening the issue. This is causing a depreciation in my home value that I would like fixed. I would suggest that rather than tearing up my lawn, the sidewalk could be leveled.

A significant amount of water is rushing from my neighbor's property into the street, and is now starting to flow into the sidewalk, creating a risk of ice. There is a traffic cone at what appears to be the source--I don't know if the county placed it here, but even if so it has been there for some time with no apparent remedy.

An overgrown tree is blocking the sidewalk adjacent to my yard. It's not obvious whether tree is on a neighbor's or county property--it abuts a pipe stem driveway that is shared by three residences, so it isn't clear whose responsibility it is to maintain the tree. Thanks.

There are significant cracks in the storm drain at the edge of my property, causing holes to open between the sidewalk strip and the street. The holes pose a risk of injury if someone's foot gets caught in them. Please advise.
