I've complained before about speeding on Steele Road in Enfield.. Not only am I repeating this complaint, but now I'd like to add that most of the trucks from CT. Mulch Co. on Mullen Road are now using Steele Road to avoid the construction work on Mullen. I'd like to add that these double loads of logs and tractor trailers also speed. Our speed limit is 30-35. These trucks all speed. Also our town garbage trucks do the same. Can someone from the police department speak to the Mulch company and DPW on our behalf?
