    All day, every day, there are trucks pulling up in front of Hong Kong Market, Dunkin Donuts, Great Wall, and Clark's to deliver goods. At least half of the time, the trucks are left to idle while deliveries are bring made. This creates a thick haze of fumes and non-stop noise. There is a 3-minute idling law in CT, but it is not enforced downtown.
