    I just arrived to my home to find this monstrosity perched in my lawn. Your obnoxious piece of equipment is going to ruin the lawn that it has been abandoned on. You have to choice to compensate me for future lawn repair or to remove this piece of equipment immediately and replace it with a home appropriate solution. If You do not respond appropriately I will have my lawyer reach out next week. If your defense is that is city property than I will stop maintaining that portion of my lawn from this point forward.
