    Town snow plow damaged front lawn during last storm. Please fix/replace stil and reseed grass in the early spring.

    Over the winter a town plow did significant damage to my lawn and driveway apron. The lawn has been somewhat fixed, but the apron has not been touched. Damage is on the right side of driveway when facing the house.

    During the last snow storm, town plows did considerable damage to my front lawn and took out a corner of my driveway apron. Please remedy.

    A large oak tree at 16 Moore Drive which sits inches from the road is a danger to my property and children. During today's rain, a large branch came down and landed on my car and fence. It left two sizable dents on the hood of my vehicle. I can only image the injuries had one of my children been standing there. We have requested that the town remove this tree in the past and have been given the runaround each time. I would like two things addressed:
    1. Pay for the damage this town owned tree caused my vehicle. Otherwise I will be forced to contact my insurance company again, they have informed me that they will involve their lawyers and go after the town of Windsor.
    2. Cut the tree down and remove the debris.

    The entire property has not been mowed all season. Grass is over 3 feet tall in most places. Fence is rotting or broken in many places and has collapsed into neighboring property. Mosquitoes are bad due to negligence of yard. Many critters have taken to living in the back yard. (Raccoon, foxes and possums.) Multiple attempts to get the owner/bank/real estate company to fix and maintain the property have been ignored.
