    Husband was walking the dog. Followed the man to a vacant rental property. Man disappeared. Lights came on. Mind you vacant property. Man had a flashlight and told my husband he was from around the area. Husband talked to the neighbor and said no one is supposed to be there. Called non emergency dispatch and no one responded. Blonde long haired white man with glasses. Approximately 40 years old, slender build.

    The homeless are out of control in front of the 99 Cent Store on Collier and Central! Between Home Depot and the 99 Cent Store! They come in daily, steal and beg! Customers and Employees are tired of it! I have reported this as well as others! Nothing has been done! You say call dispatch at the time of occurrence? It is every day and all day!!! Cops/Sheriff have come through on occasion but still nothing done.
