    A rope on the climbing frame in Edward Alden Park is showing serious signs of wear, with wires torn and therefore posing a security risk. Some damage in another place as well, not as bad but could cause children to get scratched.

    One of the gates on the Edward Alden playground has had the latch turned so that it is impossible to close the gate, which also naturally swings open rather than shut. It might just need a gentle whack with a hammer but I don't want to break it completely, so posting this so someone who knows what they are doing can fix it. See attached pictures

    There are a number of loose tiles in the pavement outside Baldwin School on Sacramento Street that produce a trip hazard. I saw someone stumble over one of these today and she only narrowly avoided a fall. As this is close to a School and Pre-School, I think this should be fixed urgently before someone who is carrying a child trips over these.
