Same area on SW Huntoon between Buchannon and Filmore, left lane, left wheel path. Only half got patched before in this 2 block stretch. Between Buchannon and Clay, all left wheel path of left lane about half patches have come back out. Between Clay and Fillmore there has been standing water along the curb of left lane several consecutive days now and all the patch material has come out. So there may also be a slow water main leak as well. I drive this route daily.

3 deep potholes right at the intersection of SW 7th and SW Washburn, then again approx 714 SW Washburn and again in the intersection of SW 8th and SW Washburn Ave.

Eastbound Huntoon from Buchanan to Fillmore, left lane, drivers side wheel path, all the patch material has popped back out of the potholes again, some down to the cobblestones. Can't avoid hitting them driving that lane without encroaching into other lane. Same issue reported in request#14399212 and at once more prior to that report.

potholes also in the 17th st entrance for Chick-fil-A. It's ridiculous all the retailers on Wanamaker corridor charge an additional separate sales tax that is supposed to be for infrastructure maintenance and repair. So this area should never get like this.

Reporting again because they closed other ticket without filling all the potholes jn this location. Still several deep potholes in SW Huntoon right before Clay St intersection.

1 huge pothole 4ft diameter at South end of 800 block of SW Tyler. 1 smaller pothole same block just about halfway between 8th and 9th and several small ones right at stop sign near 8th st also in Tyler.

Dollar General shopping cart located at NE corner of Boswell Park. It was in the alley last night so someone moved it. It likely belongs to the store on 10th and College.

inlets on both sides of Huntoon at this intersection are clogged and there is a cooler blocking the inlet on the SE corner at Huntoon and Boswell

at 8am this whole section of Huntoon from MacVicar to Tyler needed to be sanded again. You can't get traction due to moisture refreezing in the pavement.

all the inlets on the corners of Huntoon are full of leaves the entire way from Plass to about Western from the recent massive falling of most of the leaves and the high winds. We had lots of flooded streets in the area last rainfall and its going to flood again.

all of the patches material haspopped out of the 3 potholes right at the stop sign on Tyler and 8th street. 1 in crossing path down to cobblestone beneath.

Numerous pothole patches have popped out again in left lane of Huntoon starting at Buchannon going all the way to Western.

at 1:45pm I witnessed an older man enter the rose garden on the S side with his min-pin and allow his dog to pass and poop along the entire 1st row of roses going West. He did not pick up after his dog and I'm not surprised the flowers aren't growing well there. Please post a sign forbidding this. Isnt there an.ordinance that requires you to cleanup after your dog?

entire South side of the intersection and the entire crossing area riddled with potholes some over 4 inches deep. Theres no way a wheelchair can maneuver around this many. if a wheel goes in they are stuck.
