    There are three potholes and areas of broken pavement in the eastbound curbside lane of Wade Avenue between Banbury Road and Brooks Avenue that cause traffic slow down and veer into the inside lane. These are dangerous to other drivers and the vehicles themselves if they hit these deep divots at the allowed 35 MPH speed.

    The vacant lot at 3226 Oak Grove Circle hasn't been mowed since the City of Raleigh did it about 5 months ago. It is overgrown with weeds that are over 3 feet tall. A large red oak on the property is dying and soon its limbs are going be falling and will pose a danger to people and nearby houses. This neglected property should be cleaned up again by the City and the owner charged.
