    The drainage ditches on westpoint have no where to drain the water. The ditches are full of garbage and weeds. Have not been cleaned in years. Water just sit there.

    Neighborhood sign at telegraph and Crowley is covered with vines and weeds. Has not been cut all year. The sign is not visible.

    This is the ditches in the field across the street from my house. The city cuts the grass but leaves the ditch to grow so high that it has seeded already. Please cut your grass as I have to do mine per the city .
