    developer has removed two sidewalk tiles that have not been replaced for more than a year. difference of several inches makes travel by wheelchair or stroller impossible. temporary measures must be put in place for this important route to the common and schools while city seeks recovery from developer.

    loose gravel is covering much of sidewalk across about a hundred feet of sidewalk ending at the southbound 131 stop on Grove and faxon. makes it kind of slippery.

    The flooring in the section of the common playground for smaller kids is covered with small acorn seeds and sand which makes it easy for kids and adults to slip and fall. One guy with a leaf blower could clean it up pretty quick. It's only where the big oaks are.

    Standing on the northwest corner of Lebanon and Foster, we pressed the crosswalk signal on the west side of Lebanon to cross south across Foster. The switch registered our input by responding "wait" several times. We waited through six light cycles (N/S green, then E/W green) while pressing the switch repeatedly. The pedestrian signal and all-way stop never activated.

    the gate at the southwest entrance to the common playground is missing a latch and can't be closed. people are trying to use sticks and strings to keep the gate closed to protect their kids and keep dogs out.

    There is a very large pothole capable of swallowing at least half a tire where the concrete sidewalk/ramp meets the asphalt, in the asphalt itself. It appears to have gone down through multiple layers of asphalt. Because of it's placement, it's very difficult for vehicles exiting the parking lot to avoid it.
