I reported flooding at curb December 25th and January 6th and the 8th. Chris Allen of Stormwater said it it would be cleared January 12th. That never happened. It rained again last night January 15th. This picture today ,January 16th. The water is 2 inches deep. It had dried up a little before today. Where is the clean-up crew???????

Still standing water. Reported 12/24/2020 and still there 12/30/2020. No resolution, just claiming it is FDOT problem.
Still a city sidewalk and curb.

Sanitation said they would come TODAY after the rain to clear
    water at curb. NO SHOW.

There is an oak tree on the sidewalk that is dropping acorns on the city sidewalk.
I sweep them up everyday and dispose in the dumpster, but there is an abundance that land in the street near the curb. It is supposed to rain Sunday night 11/29.
Sanitation should clean the street or there will be another flooding problem.
There is poor drainage in this area. It is lovely that the city plants flowers and it
diligent about Beach Drive, but how about some attention to 4th Street?

Reported this problem numerous times. The latest report was December 26th yesterday. There has been flooding at curb everytime there is rain.
Unclogging the drain has failed to solve the problem. Taxes have been paid on the building, Orange Blossom since 1926. Since this years city budget increased our taxes for stormwater, there needs to be a permanent solution

Reported this issue numerous times without EVER having a resolution.
This property has been family owned since 1926 and city taxes paid that
long. There was city budget increase for stormwater repair. Please
    correct this problem ASAP.

The alley way on the 220 side of Orange Blossom Catering needs a pedestrian cross walk. I asked several years ago. Response was the traffic light was close to this alley. Not acceptable answer. Notice four cross walks being installed on MLK. The catering has rented parking spaces from the Methodist church. Patrons of the event space must park and cross to the ballroom. Many have special needs and the walk to the traffic light is too far.

It seems new sewer pipes were being fixed from 3rd and Central Ave to 2nd Street. Also, new construction of pipes on 34th Ave. N.E. at Vinoy Golf Course. Why are you ignoring 4th Street???
Politics between US. 92 state road and entrance to city of St. Pete. Neither city or state wants to pay.

I have reported the standing water at the curb on 4th Street numerous times and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION.
The last report was June 14th, 2018. It seems new drainage is addressed on Central Ave. from 3rd Street to 2nd and also on 34th Ave NE. adjacent to Vinoy Golf Course. Why are you ignoring 4th Street? Politics between State owned street and City???

I reported this issue yesterday and it has not been published. There is selective enforcement for ticketing vehicles in front of Orange Blossom Catering and my gallery which is a portion
of the Orange Blossom building. My van was parked in the loading zone on Wednesday at about 3:30. It was raining so I was in the gallery preparing space to unload items. Also, waiting for the rain to stop. I received a ticket at 5:52. The sign does not specify a time limit. Big food and beverage trucks unload on 4th street that is in the line of traffic and never receive citations. Vans in the loading zone are off of the street and present no traffic issue. A car with a disabled license was parked in the 2 hour parking the same amount of time as my van. I understand that they receive an exemption, but that car was still in that spot the next morning at 10 AM. A motorcycle on the block beyond the alley is in a space 24/7.

I reported and took a picture of the standing water in front of
my Gallery part of the Orange Blossom building. This issue seems to be a political football between the city and the DOT.
Neither party wants to spend the money to fix the antiquated pipe that runs under the sidewalk to the back alley. The picture I submitted was taken June 14, 2017. It is the same today. I am submitting this picture. When the new one uploads to my computer I will post. Same issue!!!! No RESOLUTION!!!

Really saw a parking enforcement officer issuing a ticket at 9:41 PM when time for no ticket parking was 10:00 PM. This happened last Monday or Tuesday night on 3rd Ave between 1st and 2nd street behind SunDial theaters. Also, not favorable to all of the Valet parking on Beach Drive. Taking too many metered spaces away from the public for valet. Should have 2 or 3 spaces ONLY.
