Panhandlers have started appearing on the median strip located at the exact point I have pinned on the map. To my knowledge, panhandling is illegal in Anne a Arundel County. This has been occurring for a few weeks now. Please send someone out to address this issue. Panhandlers did NOT start to appear until the median strip was installed. Anything that a person cannot stand on would be a better divider in the road than what is currently installed. It's not even visible at night so it really isn't all that helpful. Please consider these possible issues when making decisions like this in the future for the betterment of our county! Thank you!
