Street paving

Vehicle parked in driveway at 1181 Balcultha Dr for entire day and overnight. House is being renovated and vehicle is blocking entire sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to walk into street.

Solar lamp has not been working for at least 2 months due to tree coverage of solar panels. The second lamp from Balcultha Dr also very low and dim. Bad placement of lamps due to tree coverage. Need to seriously prune back trees or figure out solution for better gathering of sunlight on top panels.

The 2nd & 3rd light post on the Balcultha & Pilgrim Dr Pathway are not receiving enough sunlight to power and are extremely dim. The trees need to be cut back or something has to be done to increase sunlight to charge batteries.

Beer & Wine shopping cart still here after issue closed and advised it would be removed within a few days. It’s coming up now on 2 weeks and no progress. Just being moved from one side of the pathway to the other.

Work crews were performing sewage pipe replacement in the city and dig up the street about 2 months ago. They did not fill up and even the street out, causing a large pothole in the two right westbound lanes in Chess Dr. This is causing damage to only my vehicle but other vehicles which traverse the street. This is a major ongoing issue which could cost the city if people begin sendjng claims of damage caused by the issue.

Rental bike parked and left at this location for several days.

Trail between Balcultha and Pilgrim is pitch black and hazarded when it gets dark. I reported the issue 4-5 months back and have not heard or seen any resolution. I have observed that handicap curbs were just installed but I guess being sued federally is more important and it is cheaper to be sued civilly when someone falls.
